Boiceville Cottages are designed to be accommodating in use. And they will remain accessible to you as your situation changes. What you may regard as a thoughtful design touch at the outset may become, in time, a necessity for which you are truly grateful.
- We offer the possibility of one-level living with a bedroom and a full bath on the ground floor.
- There are no steps up from the outside and we install low profile thresholds for rolling access.
- Our doorways are 36" wide to provide easy movement for you (or your furniture).
- Our standard bathroom tub may be readily converted to a full access shower should your needs or inclinations evolve.
- We try to anticipate your needs and your changing life with a design that adapts well to many requirements.
