Our Plan for an enhanced Boiceville community
Boiceville Cottages began with a vision of a small community of well-built, picturesque cottages that people would love to call their home. We have found many enthusiastic people to share that vision, enough that we are now developing a significant enhancement to the Schickel Cottage Community at Boiceville. Our plans include a new Community Center, a great lawn with statuary fountains, a scenic system of ponds that improve the view while serving a practical purpose, and numerous paths, benches and walkways for your pleasure.
